We spotted Jess and Mandy walking across Millenium Bridge just after we had shot Kevin and Rowland at St. Paul's. It was amzaing to see a same-sex couple (in their natural habitat) holding hands without prompting. It felt like the sighting of a rare bird in the wild. We had to talk to them, and they were very friendly. They said they were up in London for the day and decided to hold hands. They loved the campaign, and we love you too. Thanks so much for encapsulating what A Day in Hand is all about: freedom of expression.

Hi guys, It was a bit strange to have some complete strangers ask to take our photo just because we were holding hands, but once I realised what you were doing I was happy to agree to it. I like the idea of being associated with "the sighting of a rare bird in the wild", thank you. I wish you and your site all my best, good luck for the future. Mandy x
