"Yang and I holding hads in the car, as we often do. Took this mostly for A Day in Hand. This photo was taken on highway 880 in Fremont, CA. We were driving to Yang's mom's in San Jose. My feeling is that PDAs (Public Displays of Affection) are a positive affirmation of the feeling between two people. When I witness others doing it I'm uplifted. But I'm especially uplifted when I see same-gender couples doing it, because we generally lack positive displays of our caring for one another. The best way we can be role models is to simply live out lives openly. :)"
