"These photos were taken by the Cairns Post on the day of our wedding at Holloways Beach (on the beach) on 1st August, 2009 and the day before and were used for 3 articles about same sex marriage as unbenownst to us it was International Same Sex Marriage Day. We held hands in a very public way then as we still do now. If anybody has a problem with that then it is just that - their problem."
