"This rank and file international campaign has revolutionised LGBT and Human Rights activism around the world encouraging "Gay" campaigning in countries with very little experience of activism around the issue of homophobia, and has stimulated key human rights organisations such as the UN and the World Health Organisation to address fundamental LGBT injustices.

An estimated 50 million people were involved in the IDAHO campaign for 2011.
